Mentor at P4T PROJECT

National Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authorities-NAPRA

As part of this project, we aim to develop and provide a mentorship program, tools and resources to specifically address the specific experiential, learning, and skill gaps that have been identified as barriers to success for international pharmacy graduates (IPGs) pursuing a pharmacy license in Canada. IPGs will have an increased rate of success completing their practical training and becoming licensed pharmacists by participating in mentorship services, diagnostic tools, and associated learning modules prior to commencing mandatory and formal practical training (SPT/SPE or PACE). In addition, it will enable IPGs to better integrate into the Canadian workforce, as they will have worked in a pharmacy and made meaningful connections.
Funded by The Government of Canada, The Foreign Credential Recognition Program.
